4. Editing files

Start with "themes/templates/admin_header.php" and search for:
                                require_once THEME."theme.php";

change it to:
                                require_once ADMIN."template/theme.php";

In same file search for:
                                echo "<link rel='stylesheet' href='".THEME."styles.css' type='text/css' media='screen' />\n";

and change it to:
                                echo "<link rel='stylesheet' href='".ADMIN."template/styles.css' type='text/css' media='screen' />\n";

Finally search for:
                                echo "<script type='text/javascript' src='".INCLUDES."jquery/jquery.js'></script>\n";

and change it to:
                                echo "<script type='text/javascript' src='".ADMIN."template/jquery/lib/jquery-1.7.2.min.js'></script>\n";

Now open "themes/templates/admin_header_mce.php". Search for:
                                require_once THEME."theme.php";

and change it to:
                                require_once ADMIN."template/theme.php";

Same file, other place... search for:
                                echo "<link rel='stylesheet' href='".THEME."styles.css' type='text/css' media='screen' />\n";

and change it to:
                                echo "<link rel='stylesheet' href='".ADMIN."template/styles.css' type='text/css' media='screen' />\n";

Finally search for:
                                echo "<script type='text/javascript' src='".INCLUDES."jquery/jquery.js'></script>\n";

and change it to:
                                echo "<script type='text/javascript' src='".ADMIN."template/jquery/lib/jquery-1.7.2.min.js'></script>\n";

Now we edit the file "themes/templates/moderator_header.php" and search for:
                                require_once THEME."theme.php";

and replace it with:
                                require_once ADMIN."template/theme.php";

Then you search in the same file for:
                                echo "<link rel='stylesheet' href='".THEME."styles.css' type='text/css' media='screen' />\n";

and replace it with:
                                echo "<link rel='stylesheet' href='".ADMIN."template/styles.css' type='text/css' media='screen' />\n";

Finally search for:
                                echo "<script type='text/javascript' src='".INCLUDES."jquery/jquery.js'></script>\n";

and change it to:
                                echo "<script type='text/javascript' src='".ADMIN."template/jquery/lib/jquery-1.7.2.min.js'></script>\n";

The next file is "themes/templates/moderator_header_mce.php". Search for:
                                require_once THEME."theme.php";

an replace it with:
                                require_once ADMIN."template/theme.php";

Then you search in the same file for:

                                echo "<link rel='stylesheet' href='".THEME."styles.css' type='text/css' media='screen' />\n";

and change it to:
                                echo "<link rel='stylesheet' href='".ADMIN."template/styles.css' type='text/css' media='screen' />\n";

Finally search for:
                                echo "<script type='text/javascript' src='".INCLUDES."jquery/jquery.js'></script>\n";

an replace it with:
                                echo "<script type='text/javascript' src='".ADMIN."template/jquery/lib/jquery-1.7.2.min.js'></script>\n";

Last file to edit. Open "includes/system_images.php" and search for:
                            $result = dbquery("SELECT admin_title, admin_image FROM ".DB_ADMIN);
                            $ac_images = array();
                            while ($data = dbarray($result)) {

and change:
                                $result = dbquery("SELECT admin_title, admin_image FROM ".DB_ADMIN);

to:
                                $result = dbquery("SELECT admin_title, admin_image, admin_page FROM ".DB_ADMIN);

AFTER:
                                $ac_images = array();
                                while ($data = dbarray($result)) {

insert this:
                                if($data['admin_page'] <= 4) {
                                    $data['admin_image'] = explode(".", $data['admin_image']);
                                	$data['admin_image'] = $data['admin_image'][0].".png";
                                }

Finally search for:
                                $ac_images["ac_".$data['admin_title']] = file_exists(ADMIN."images/".$data['admin_image']) ? ADMIN."images/".$data['admin_image'] : (file_exists($data['admin_image']) ? $data['admin_image'] : ADMIN."images/infusion_panel.gif");

and change that line to:
                                $ac_images["ac_".$data['admin_title']] = file_exists(ADMIN."images/".$data['admin_image']) ? ADMIN."images/".$data['admin_image'] : (file_exists($data['admin_image']) ? $data['admin_image'] : ADMIN."images/infusion_panel.png");

When ready it should look like this:
                                $result = dbquery("SELECT admin_title, admin_image, admin_page FROM ".DB_ADMIN);
                                $ac_images = array();
                                while ($data = dbarray($result)) {
                                    if($data['admin_page'] <= 4) {
                                        $data['admin_image'] = explode(".", $data['admin_image']);
                                    	$data['admin_image'] = $data['admin_image'][0].".png";
                                    }
                                    $ac_images["ac_".$data['admin_title']] = file_exists(ADMIN."images/".$data['admin_image']) ? ADMIN."images/".$data['admin_image'] : (file_exists($data['admin_image']) ? $data['admin_image'] : ADMIN."images/infusion_panel.png");
                                }

Well, it's not so difficulty, is it? ;-)

5. Upload (Part 2)

  • themes/templates/admin_header_mce.php
  • themes/templates/moderator_header.php

More

Set width of adminarea

The width of your new adminarea can be changed as follows:

Open file administration/template/styles.css
search for:
                                #panel-width {width:1100px;}

and change number between : und px to whatever you want.

Own Template:

For your own template just edit file administration/template/theme.php.

Important notes:
  • There MUST be a container with id='messageBox'!
    Why?

    After clicking one of the links, messages to the user are shown there.
    This container is built with slideDown and fadeOut effect.

  • ".U_CENTER.CONTENT.L_CENTER." must be set in a container with id='slideContent'
    Why?

    This container is beeing slide up after click on a link and after generating new content it will be back slide down.

  • Keep div with class .breadCrumbHolder as it is, maybe just change some parameters in file styles.css.

Don't touch files "admnistration/index.php" and "admnistration/navigation.php"! You seriously damage your adminarea when doing wrong.
